To prepare all Criminal Process and carry on all Crown Suits under the Attorney General. He must be a Solicitor.
Salary $2,400 per annum - of which $1,200 secured by Civil List Ordinance No. 3 of 1860 - and $1,200 voted in the Annual Colonial Estimates.
Entitled to Private practice and ex-officio Queen's Proctor in Vice Admiralty Court.
Nature, number, and amount of securities required, and mode of giving them.
Whether any, and if any, what provision is made from public funds for the passage from this country, or elsewhere, of the persons sent out to fill the office.
Acts or Ordinances making provision respecting any of the above matters, and especially respecting the permanency of the emoluments, and the particulars of the security required, with references to the sections in which such provision is made.
$1000 - Passage money for himself and family, not exceeding five in all, to be paid in the Colony as usual.
